The Silent Auction will be a two-day event this year, beginning at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Baxter, and culminating at the “Autumn in New York” performance.  The schedule for the silent auction is:  Thursday, Oct. 16, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, and Friday, Oct. 17, 8:00 am until 3:00 pm at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Baxter.  The auction will then continue Friday night at Grand View, beginning at 6:00 pm with happy hour, and running throughout the show.  This two-day auction allows people who are not attending the “Autumn in New York” performance to support the chorale.  The same auction items will be available to bid on at both locations.

Jennifer Pedersen, a Legacy Chorale member, is the Silent Auction Coordinator for this year’s event.  For the silent auction, many area artisans (amateur and professional) and business people are donating such items and services as time-shares, spa packages, gourmet dinners, paintings, pottery, sculpture, photography, hand-made home furnishings, spa-quality hair products, quilting services, hand-crafted clothing, afghans and quilts, hotel packages, and even sailboat and hot-air balloon rides.
